Level Five: “Comedy 101” / Mental Body

Service Description

Level 5 is when we really dive into the concept of “the upside-down improv school.” In the first 4 levels, we started with presence and conveyed the immense importance of leading with your heart. We know what you guys are feeling: "I liked how I felt when I was totally dropping into my heart, mannnn." Well, now that your heart is beaming and everyone is asking how you look so young and refreshed, we’ll map all the traditional concepts of “game” onto your improv presence technique. In level 5, you will learn typical improv techniques to bring more comedy into your work with the application of the mind, but your mind will now be following your heart.
